An Evening with Chef Keller and Chef Rouxel
Tuesday, December 4, 2012 from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM (CST)
Please join The Tennessean in welcoming Chef Keller and Chef Rouxel to Nashville.
This event will bring the authors of Bouchon Bakery, Chefs Thomas Keller and Sebastien Rouxel together with the best local chefs in town. Attendees will be able to enjoy dishes inspired by Keller's books including Bouchon Bakery, The French Laundry Cookbook, Ad Hoc at Home and others.
The participating chefs include:

- Josh Habiger and Erik Anderson of The Catbird Seat
- Bart Pickens of Loveless Cafe
- Chris Carter and James Peisker of Porter Road Butcher
- Matt Bolus
- Lisa Donovan of Buttermilk Road Supper Club
- Rebekah Turshen of City House
- Megan Williams of Etch
- Alisa Huntsman of Loveless Cafe
Each attendee will receive a copy of Bouchon Bakery, a chance to meet Chefs Keller and Rouxel and get your book signed.
The evening will begin at 6:30pm with a reception and tasting of the featured savory dishes.
An intimate discussion with Chef Keller, Chef Rouxel and The Tennessean food writer, Jennifer Justus will begin at 7:30. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions after the presentation.
The evening will end on a sweet note. Participating pastry chefs will prepare desserts to top off our lovely evening together.
A portion of proceeds will benefit The Nashville Food Project.
